What does the free trial include? + −
Everything, free for 60 days. No credit card required to start, and if you add one early it is not charged until the trial ends.
Is it really no-code? + −
Yes. Pick a theme and customize your site through the admin — no code required.
What counts as a family? + −
Any family whose account is active, whether or not they are signed up for anything yet. Your yearly price is based on the families you have at the end of the trial and at each renewal. Families who join during the year are charged for the rest of the year, pro-rated, on one invoice a month at most.
Can we cancel or pause between school years? + −
Cancel any time from your billing page. Your site stays open through the year you've paid for, and there's no long-term contract.
How do you handle student safety and moderation? + −
Children under 13 never get their own login, family profiles are private by default, only signed-in members can see the directory, and admin access is role-based.
